Let me explain the difference between Coaching and Therapy. Coaching clients are looking to get results and Therapy clients are looking to heal. Therapy clients want to understand why they feel the way they do; Coaching clients want to take action to change their lives.
As a Therapist and a Coach I facilitate both for you. I offer this so you can get the most out of the sessions we share. I am unconventional with my practice and I am passionate about results based therapy so each session is nurtured and tailored specifically to your needs.
To work with me, I have a couple of pre-requisites; The first is that you allow yourself to open up wholeheartedly, and I will endeavour to make you feel comfortable as I hold the space for you to receive everything you need to heal and grow. The second is to understand that in any kind of Therapy/Coaching there will be times you will feel uncomfortable and your buttons will be pushed, because as your Therapist/Coach it is important for me to help you evolve, and to do that I have to stretch the beliefs you hold dear, that are in the way of you moving forward with your life.
